The Bosocoin our own cryptocurrency, created to reward all our programmers and employees as a loyalty programme. This reward system will allow Bosonit employees to be rewarded for productivity goals, achievement of objectives or the generation and publication of content. The Bosocoin will be invested in company projects or exchanged for services (including weekends with the company car, a Tesla). In order to meet the legal criteria, we are covered by a legal-tax report on the impact of the cryptocurrency on the company and its employees.
This programme aims to attract talent and keep staff turnover to a minimum. Since three years ago, Miguel Fernández, CEO of Bosonit, started out with three programmers from data analyticsand in 2018 we are more than 60 programmers in the company. However, with more than 50 projects underway, we need to keep turnover to a minimum (currently no more than 2% per year) and recruit more talent.
To date, the company's training programme has invested more than half a million Euros in training. Miguel F. Morales, CEO of Bosonit, explains: "The talent of programmers is the company's asset. Traditional university degrees don't cover such essential subjects as IoT (Internet of Things), Data Analytics or Blockchain. You don't come out of university ready to program and face the new challenges of technology. That is why we believe it is important to invest in the training of each graduate hired (around 15,000 euros) to specialise them in the most disruptive technologies".
Blockchain training and development
Blockchain technology, which underpins Bosocoin, has been our focus for two years and, since then, six blockchain projects have been developed. Five of its developers have been trained in the technology. "Blockchain developers must know and control the networks very well, because you can't correct the development a posteriori," says Miguel F. Morales.
We have developed tools to simplify intermediation in complex financial products, to provide traceability of bitcoin transactions or online advertising, among others.
