The objective of this project has been to develop a system for monitoring the BEER QUALITY during the time it is being flushed through the tap through the application of technologies such as Machine Learning o Big Data.
Thanks to this innovative system, a clear improvement in beer quality control is achieved:
- Improve human resource management to have the right staff available at all times, knowing the critical hours of demand.
- Minimise beers served and not paid for, avoiding deception by the establishment's staff.
- Minimise overfilling and excessive foaming.
- Immediate knowledge in the event of a handle malfunctioning.
This project, successfully completed by the end of 2019, has been funded by ADER and, in addition, it has been granted co-financing from ERDF budgets.
