BeQS device, a beer quality control system

The objective of this project has been to develop a system for monitoring the BEER QUALITY during the time it is being flushed through the tap through the application of technologies such as Machine Learning o Big Data.

Thanks to this innovative system, a clear improvement in beer quality control is achieved:

  1. Improve human resource management to have the right staff available at all times, knowing the critical hours of demand.
  2. Minimise beers served and not paid for, avoiding deception by the establishment's staff.
  3. Minimise overfilling and excessive foaming.
  4. Immediate knowledge in the event of a handle malfunctioning.


This project, successfully completed by the end of 2019, has been funded by ADER and, in addition, it has been granted co-financing from ERDF budgets.
